铸片生产线描述：本系列机器设备包含单层、2层、3层、5层共挤（板）片材挤出生产线。铸片生产线适用于PP、PE、PS、PC、ABS、PMMA、PET、PLA、PVDF、片材、板材生产。Description: This series of machines consists of single-layer, 2-layer, 3-layer, 5-layer coextrusion (sheet) sheet extrusion lines. 工艺原理：设备采用塑料粒料→挤出机：原料融熔发泡塑化→ 快换过滤网→两层共挤分配器→两层复合挤出模头成型挤出 → 三辊压光机：上光整形 → 冷却定型装置→ 输送装置：使产品继续逐步冷却定形→ 切边机构：对产品两侧进行机械切边→ 牵引装置：牵引传送→ 剪板装置
